Job Description
- 1. Talent SourcingIdentify and source potential candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Post job openings on various platforms.
- 🔹 2. Screening & ShortlistingReview resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- 🔹 3. Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status.
