Time office activities attendance, OT & leave management, salary administration.
Maintaining proper and updated tracker on employee database.
Maintain biometrics registration for new joiners.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee.
Enroll new joiners on ESIC & PF portal.
To ensure strict compliance to the HR transformation, payroll and systems guidelines without any deviations
Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (PF, ESIC & PT)
Recruitment - Screening profiles and scheduling interview.
Preparing various reports like OT, late coming etc.
Preparing monthly muster roll.
Preparing salary input file.
Updating new joiners on Saral PayPack software.
Generating pay slips in Saral PayPack software.
