Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR professional with experience in the manufacturing industry to manage core HR operations, employee relations, and compliance activities. The role requires strong coordination with factory teams, handling workforce management, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff roles.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
• Support onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Handle documentation related to joining, confirmation, and exit formalities.

Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Maintain positive relations between management and shop floor employees.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Statutory

• Ensure compliance with labor laws applicable to manufacturing units.
• Manage statutory requirements such as Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESI).
• Maintain HR documentation and records for audits.

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Monitor attendance and shift records.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
• Ensure accuracy in employee data and statutory deductions.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of PF, ESI, and labor compliance.
• Experience handling shop floor employees.
• Good communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with factory supervisors and department heads.
