Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Hiring:

Managing the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. 

• Employee Relations:

Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. 

• Training and Development:

Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 

• Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 

• Performance Management:

Conducting performance appraisals, providing feedback, and developing performance improvement plans. 

• Compensation and Benefits:

Managing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll. 

• HR Administration:

Maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring data security. 

• Organizational Culture:

Contributing to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture. 

• Other Responsibilities:

Overseeing HR budgets, conducting exit interviews, and managing workplace safety. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
