HR Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for automobile showroom, sales, service, and back-office roles
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Support payroll inputs and salary processing
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and benefits
• Assist in performance appraisal and confirmation processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Coordinate training and engagement activities
• Support HR documentation and reports
• Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with HR software and MS Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
