HR Executive – Recruitment
Candidates from Rajajinagar (Work From Office Only)
Experience: 1-10
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment (from fresher to mid-level)
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sources
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Actively work on acquiring new recruitment clients
• Coordinate and follow up with internal teams and external clients
• Support employee welfare and engagement activities
• Collaborate with the HR and operations team on various ongoing HR initiatives
• Daily reporting of work progress and candidate status
