•	Handling the entire gamut of recruitment (post & pre) process such as Planning, Approval and Execution of HR requirement and filling up the vacancies on top priority basis.
•	Sourcing the right candidates through consultants, portal surfing,  employee referrals and Maintaining the recruitment database. 
•	Short listing the suitable profiles with coordination of the concerned Supervisor/Head of the Department organizing walk-ins, campus recruitments.
•	Handling the salary negotiations by offering attractive salary packages with accordance to the experience and proficiency. 
•	Document verification and background verification of the selected candidates through reliable sources.
•	Scheduling Induction Program to the New joiners
•	Briefing Company’s Policies & Procedures with regard to the HR Policy.
 
          Performance Management:
 
•	Preparing KRA’s and appraisal process.
•	Reviewing & Rating the performance of each employee in coordination of the Supervisors/Department Heads.
•	Forwarding proposals for Increment, Promotion and Reward on the basis of employees’ performance.
 
 
 
 
            Payroll Management :
 
•	Payroll calculation for all Rolls
•	 Incentives and reimbursements calculation.
•	Leave calculations.
•	Calculation of attendance as Department wise.
•	Incentives calculation as per norms.
•	Updating Leaves for Company roll employees.
•	Maintaining the Attrition data.
Employee Relations:
 
•	Maintaining a healthy working environment in the organization by sorting out the grievances related to Job.
•	Advocating the employees by handling the queries regarding policies and procedures.
 
 
EXIT Formalities:
 
•	Conducting Exit Interviews for the employees and evaluate the reasons and preparing Resignation Reviews.
•	Preparation of Final Settlement data of the resigned/terminated employee, seeking approval for the same and forwarding to the Accounts department.
•	Issuing Relieving Letters, Experience Certificates.
