HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day human resource operations, supporting recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies while contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
• Coordinate joining and exit formalities
• Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and salary coordination
• Communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines to employees
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leaves, and benefits
• Support performance management and appraisal processes
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Coordinate training programs and employee engagement activities
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (freshers may also apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
