Hiring: HR – Statutory Compliance Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 Years

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Statutory Compliance Management (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity)
- Handling Monthly PF/ESI challans & returns
- Maintaining compliance records & audits
- Coordination with government departments
📚 Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in labour laws & statutory guidelines
- Good communication + Excel knowledge
- Ability to handle audits & inspections

🎯 Qualification:
