HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive who will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support internal HR operations. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants hands-on exposure to hiring, HR systems, and people operations in a growing hardware & technology company.

• Understand hiring requirements from department heads
• Create and post job openings on job portals, social media, and internal channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate and conduct online assessments/tests
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule final interviews with department heads
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups with candidates
• Assist with offer rollout and joining formalities

• Manage attendance and leave records using company HR tools
• Support onboarding of new employees (documentation, induction coordination)
• Assist in maintaining HR policies, employee records, and compliance documents
• Coordinate training sessions and track employee training progress
• Act as a point of contact for basic HR-related employee queries
• Support performance review cycles and internal HR processes
