Recruitment & Hiring

• Hire doctors, front desk staff, pharmacy staff and support team
• Post job openings and screen candidates
• Conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate joining and documentation

Leave & HR Management

• Manage leave applications through HRMS
• Maintain employee records
• Support payroll with accurate leave and attendance data
• Handle HR documentation and policy implementation

Attendance Monitoring

• Monitor daily attendance and shift timings
• Ensure employees complete the required working hours
• Identify attendance issues and resolve them
• Generate attendance reports for management
