Job Description
Responsibilities: * Take daily tasks and updates from Management * Handle hiring (screening, interviews, selection) * Provide training to new employees * Create and manage training videos/materials * Maintain daily attendance of all staff * Handle and coordinate field executives * Assign daily tasks to sales & field team * Monitor performance and submit reports KPI (Performance Targets): * Close positions within timeline * Conduct regular training sessions * 100% attendance tracking * Ensure daily task completion * Weekly performance report submission * Maintain smooth team coordination
