Job Title: HR Intern (Hiring & Onboarding)

Job Summary:

Dextra Square Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes. This role is ideal for graduates who want hands-on experience in core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Hiring:

Post job openings on job portals and social media

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status

2. Onboarding:

Assist in onboarding new employees

Share offer letters and collect required documents

Maintain onboarding tracker and employee records

3. Documentation & HR Operations:

Maintain employee files (physical & digital)

Collect and verify employee documents

Update HR databases and trackers

Support in attendance and basic HR coordination

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream)

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Eagerness to build a career in HR
