We’re Hiring: HR Intern | Bengaluru (HSR Sector-6)

At PointO, we’re building things fast—and we’re looking for a hands-on HR Intern to grow with us!

If you’re curious about how HR really works in a startup and want practical exposure (not just theory), this role is for you

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 days a week

Stipend: ₹15,000/month

What you’ll work on

1. Helping with hiring (sourcing, screening & interview coordination)

2. Supporting onboarding and HR documentation

3. Maintaining trackers and HR data

4. Assisting with day-to-day HR operations

5. Getting involved in employee engagement activities

Who should apply

1. MBA HR / MSW / Management fresher grads

2. Good communication skills and a learning mindset

3. Comfortable working from office and in a fast-moving setup
