Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist in implementing and managing HR policies, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The intern will also gain hands-on experience in HR management processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and compliance monitoring. Collaboration with the HR team to ensure a smooth workflow will be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices, HR Management, and understanding of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and experience in supporting and improving employee engagement
• Familiarity or experience with Personnel Management processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
