Job Description

THE ROLE: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This individual will support on the assigned TA projects, assisting senior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities.

 

 

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:

 

·      Support TA Projects & Initiatives: Assist in executing and supporting on TA projects, such as talent mapping, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.

 

·      Transactional Support: Provide support to senior recruiters in transactional activities, such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing job advertisements and social share.

 

·      Sourcing & Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (ICIMS, job boards, social media, networking) and screening resumes to identify qualified candidates.

 

·      Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure smooth communication and manage interview logistics.

 

·      Job Advertisements: Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, ensuring job descriptions are aligned with company requirements and attract the right candidates.

 

·      Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for ease of access by the recruitment team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, including education and experience needed for the job)

·      Basic understanding with MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

·      Decent presentation skills, with an ability to create clear and concise presentations for recruitment metrics, job descriptions, and TA initiatives.

·      Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

·      Ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team, demonstrating flexibility and eagerness to learn.

·      Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects and initiatives simultaneously, with a solution-oriented mindset.

 

 

Education

·      Freshers with a degree from a reputed college. A 6-month internship or experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.

 


POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Human Resources Coordinator POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Apprentice to join our Human Resources team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR coordination. The apprentice will assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, as well as support with other HR Administrative responsibilities. As an Apprentice, you will: o Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company-wide meetings. o Coordinate logistics including venue booking, catering, and equipment setup. o Communicate event details to employees and manage RSVPs. o Support the creation of event materials such as agendas, presentations, and feedback forms. o Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise during the events. o Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. o Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. o Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials and assisting with orientation sessions. Supervisory responsibility N/A Qualifications: The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
