Key Responsibilities


1. HR Operations Management


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes (joining to exit).
  • Maintain and administer attendance management systems, leave records, and employee data.
  • Implement and manage HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain the POSH Policy and Internal Committee processes, ensuring statutory compliance.
  • Ensure documentation and maintenance of employee records and HR MIS.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and employee documentation.


2. Hiring & Talent Acquisition


  • Manage monthly hiring requirements for the organization.
  • Create job descriptions, coordinate with job portals and sourcing channels.
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities.


3. Onboarding & Employee Experience


  • Design and implement a structured onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure completion of joining documentation and orientation processes.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Maintain a positive employee experience through effective HR processes.


4. Office Administration


  • Manage office administration functions, including vendor coordination and office upkeep.
  • Ensure all basic office infrastructure and operational checks are in place.
  • Supervise the housekeeping and facility teams, ensuring professional behavior and service standards.
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized, clean, and client-ready at all times.


5. Client Interaction & Office Representation (Approx. 10% of Role)


  • Handle basic client communication over email when required.
  • Ensure visiting clients are received and attended to professionally.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth client visit experience.
  • Ensure housekeeping and support staff maintain professional service standards during client visits.
  • Act as an interface between the founders and all the stake holders
