We’re hiring: HR Manager | Sterlion Finance Pvt. Ltd.
Sterlion is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR functions in a fast-growing fintech environment. The role will manage talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, and prior exposure to fintech/BFSI/startups. This role offers high ownership and an opportunity to build scalable HR processes from the ground up.
