Job Description
Aubree Le Chocolatier is a leading premium patisserie brand known for artisan cakes, handcrafted chocolates, and world-class desserts, operating across 18+ branches in Bangalore. We believe in delivering excellence through creativity, quality, and people. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for a dynamic HR Manager who can nurture, support, and elevate our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlets, production, operations, and corporate roles.
- Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.
- Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
2. Onboarding & Training
- Create a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Organize orientation programs, product training, hygiene & safety sessions.
- Conduct regular training for café staff, bakers, and service teams to enhance skills and customer experience.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build positive workplace culture across all branches.
- Address employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Implement engagement initiatives—festive celebrations, rewards & recognition, team-building activities.
4. Performance Management
- Develop KPIs for different teams (production, retail, operations, logistics).
- Conduct appraisals, performance reviews, and progression planning.
- Identify skill gaps and arrange training or coaching.
5. Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Monitor attendance, leave management, shift schedules, and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate monthly payroll.
- Maintain employee records and oversee HR MIS reports.
6. HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, FSSAI guidelines (where applicable), and company policies.
- Maintain statutory documents – PF, ESI, gratuity, shops & establishment compliance.
- Update HR policies in line with business growth.
7. Conflict Resolution & Discipline
- Handle grievances, misconduct, or disciplinary cases with fairness and professionalism.
- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
8. Branch HR Support
- Provide strong operational HR support to all Aubree outlets.
- Conduct surprise audits for staff hygiene, grooming, and adherence to brand SOPs.
- Ensure manpower availability during peak seasons.
