HR Manager

You will be a part of a fast-moving ecosystem at Marconix, working closely with founders and the leadership team to shape, grow, and strengthen ventures from the ground up.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Managing the entire gamut of Recruitment cycle and closing the position within the deadline
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop appropriate sourcing strategies
• Acting as a true recruitment partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers
• Sourcing potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and referrals
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidate fitment
• Coordinating and facilitating interview processes with internal stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Identifying gaps in the process and resolving issues proactively to ensure timely closure of roles
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Staying updated on recruitment best practices, market trends, and competitor hiring strategies
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the hiring process
• Supporting in offer management, negotiations, and onboarding activities

Qualifications required for this role include:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with demonstrated expertise in sales and middle management hiring
• 2+ years of experience in bulk hiring
• Freshers with a progressive HR mindset, with deep understanding of project or program management can also apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, screening methods, and recruitment tools/ATS
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Wellfound etc.
• Strong and confident communication skills (verbal and written) as well as interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for accurate reporting and data analytics
