Position: HR Manager

Location: R T Nagar

Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in HR (Generalist profile preferred)

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional capable of managing end-to-end HR operations independently. The candidate should have hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Workforce planning and hiring strategy execution
• Candidate screening, interviews coordination, and offer negotiations

HR Operations & Administration

• Handle complete HR documentation and employee records
• HR policy implementation and compliance monitoring
• Manage onboarding, induction, and exit processes

Payroll & Compliance

• Payroll coordination and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)
• Attendance, leave, and compensation management
• Liaison with accounts/finance for payroll processing

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Address employee concerns and maintain healthy work culture
• Performance management coordination
• Employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies

General HR Responsibilities

• HR reporting and MIS maintenance
• HR audits and documentation accuracy
• Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies

Skills & Requirements

• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Workdays: 6 days/week (Sunday weekly off)
• Leave Policy: 1 leave per month (non-carry forward)
