We need an HR leader who is as comfortable discussing bioinformatics compensation tiers as they are talking about biosecurity protocols with our herd managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Curating a "Hybrid" Tribe: You’ll be scouting for "Unicorns"—people who understand both the lab and the barn. You'll bridge the gap between our PhD Geneticists and our boots-on-the-ground Livestock Specialists.
• Building the "Bio-Culture": Create a culture where "Innovation" isn't just a buzzword. Whether it’s a hackathon for breeding algorithms or a BBQ at the ranch, you make sure the team stays connected to the animals and the science.
• Scaling the Herd: We’re growing fast. You’ll design a recruitment machine that identifies top-tier talent in Ag-Tech before our competitors even see them coming.
• Operational Badassery: You’ll handle the "heavy lifting"—benefits, payroll, and compliance—but you’ll do it with automated tools so you can spend more time on strategy and less on spreadsheets.
