Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in managing HR processes end-to-end.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations and management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, payroll, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
