Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Establish and manage day-to-day operations of the manpower services firm
• Develop business strategies to expand client base and service offerings
• Oversee recruitment, deployment, and management of manpower resources

Recruitment & Staffing

• Supervise recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and selection
• Ensure deployment of skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workforce as per client needs
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and replacements

Compliance & Legal

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and government regulations
• Manage documentation related to contracts, payroll, PF, ESI, and other statutory obligations
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Financial Management

• Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment collections
• Manage operational expenses and budgeting
• Ensure profitability and financial sustainability of the firm
