Role & responsibilities

The Manager Accounts & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounting, financial reporting, statutory Compliance and audit activities of the organization and also who can do individual analysis of Profit &loss analysis and Balance sheet finalization .The role ensures accuracy in financial operations, adherence to statutory requirements, and effective financial planning to support business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are an approximately 50 Cr company and we prefer candidates who have worked in small to medium-sized organizations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
