HR Manager

At FAE Bikes, we are building the largest fleet of electric scooters for last-mile logistics in India. We have helped 30+ logistics and e-commerce companies in India in the transition from ICE vehicles to electric vehicles. Our riders have covered more than 50 million km in 2 years. We are present in Bangalore and Hyderabad with 2000+ EVs, and 50+ trained technicians. We are currently working with all major last-mile delivery companies including Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc.

At FAE Bikes, you will be a key driver in building a motivated, high-performing team aligned with our company's mission.

• End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
• Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave data, and required documents.
• Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist in developing HR policies, processes, and documentation.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and communication.
• Manage exit processes including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and support HR operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (1-2 years)
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
