HR Manager

SPIN CYCLES is a fast-growing laundry and dry-cleaning service based in Bengaluru, committed to delivering high-quality garment care and exceptional customer experiences. As we expand across multiple outlets and strengthen our digital ecosystem, we are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to build and manage strong People Systems across our operations.

The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, training, and employee engagement across 50+ stores, factory operations, logistics teams, and corporate staff. This role is critical to ensuring the right talent is hired, trained, and retained to support our growing business.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for store staff, factory workers, delivery executives, and corporate roles while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume hiring. The role will also handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, attendance monitoring, and workforce deployment across multiple locations.

The HR Manager will design structured onboarding and training programs covering store operations, factory processes, CRM usage, hygiene practices, and customer service standards. They will ensure compliance with labour regulations including PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishment Act, and Factory Act requirements while maintaining accurate employee records.

Additional responsibilities include payroll coordination, performance management through KRA/KPI frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and implementation of HR policies related to conduct, discipline, and workplace safety.

The ideal candidate should have 3–10 years of HR experience in sectors such as retail, logistics, hospitality, manufacturing, or QSR. Strong communication skills, experience managing large blue-collar workforces, and knowledge of labour compliance are essential.

This role will help build a strong people foundation as SPIN CYCLES expands from 50+ to 100+ outlets in the coming years.
