Job Description: HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive

Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:15 AM to 6:15 PM)

Gender Preference: Male candidates only

Experience Required: 2 to 6 years

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 (Gross) + Insurance & Incentives

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job

Responsibilities:·        Handle end-to-end HR operations efficiently.

·        Manage joining formalities, induction, onboarding, and employee documentation.

·        Oversee attendance tracking, payroll, PF, ESI, and compliance-related activities.

·        Administer exit formalities and manage employee grievances.

·        Independently manage HR operations for a workforce of 200–300 employees.

·        Maintain accurate HR records and reporting in Excel using formulas such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

·        Communicate effectively in both English and Kannada with employees and management.

Candidate

Requirements:·        Strong communication skills in English

and Kannada.

·        Hands-on experience in HR Generalist and operations role.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other HR tools.

·        Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work independently.

·        Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
