Job Summary


The HR Operations role focuses on managing day-to-day HR processes to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management


  • Handle joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure all employee documents are collected, verified, and stored securely.
  • Coordinate background verification and offer-to-joining processes.

HR Documentation & Records


  • Maintain employee master data and personnel files (digital & physical).
  • Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and audit requirements.

Payroll & Attendance Coordination


  • Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams for accurate payroll processing.
  • Validate attendance, leave records, and timesheets before payroll closure.
  • Address payroll-related employee queries in a timely manner.

HR Systems & Tools


  • Manage HRMS tools such as Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, or equivalent systems.
  • Update employee records, policies, and workflow approvals.
  • Ensure data accuracy across HR systems.

Compliance & Statutory Support


  • Support statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.
  • Assist in audits, ISO documentation, and compliance reporting.
  • Maintain records required for inspections and internal reviews.

Employee Engagement & Support


  • Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Support engagement activities, HR communications, and policy awareness.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives across departments.

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Good knowledge of HRMS, payroll coordination, and documentation.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Educational Qualification


  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or a related field.

Experience


  • 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations (IT/SAP environment preferred).
  • Exposure to payroll, HRMS tools, and compliance is an advantage.
