Job Description Acelot Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Blue-Collar Recruitment Specialist to manage large-scale hiring and HR operations for technical and facility management workforce across India.

The role involves end-to-end recruitment, HRMS management, workforce deployment, and labour law compliance for blue-collar roles.

Key Responsibilities• Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles like HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Plumbers, Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, MST, Maintenance Technicians, Gardeners, Carpenters, etc.

• Conduct bulk hiring drives and build talent pipelines across South India.

• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.

• Manage HRMS operations including attendance, leave records, onboarding, employee database, and payroll inputs.

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act and Minimum Wage regulations.

• Coordinate workforce deployment with operations teams and manage employee documentation.

Experience Required3–5 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment and HR operations.

Industry Preference Facility Management / Manpower Staffing / Security Services.

Language RequirementHindi and English required.

Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam preferred.
