The Placement Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong industry connections to create employment and internship opportunities for students. The role involves coordinating placement activities, organizing recruitment drives, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring smooth interaction between companies and the institution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR managers, and industry leaders.

Identify new potential employers and expand the placement network.

Coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.

Collect employer feedback for improving student readiness.

Plan, schedule, and execute on-campus and off-campus placement activities.

Coordinate pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, group discussions, and interviews.

Maintain placement records, company details, job descriptions, and offer letters.

Ensure smooth communication between students and recruiters.
