HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for our real estate organization. The role involves recruitment for sales and site teams, employee engagement, HR operations, and coordination with management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Channel Partner, Site Engineers, and Support roles
• Source profiles from job portals (Naukri, Foundit, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
• Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records
• Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling
• Maintain HR MIS and reports
• Coordinate with sales leadership for manpower planning
• Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed

Key Skills:-

• Real Estate hiring experience
• Strong recruitment & coordination skills
• Knowledge of job portals & Boolean search
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of HR operations
• MS Excel & reporting
• Stakeholder management

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

• Experience in hiring for real estate sales / site roles
• Good understanding of field sales hiring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
