HR Recruiter

Conduct field recruitment drives in local areas, colleges, job fairs, and communities

Source candidates through walk-ins, references, and local networks

Visit sites/branches to understand hiring needs

Screen candidates through face-to-face interactions

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain daily reports on recruitment activities

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

0–3 years of experience in recruitment or field sales (freshers can apply)

Willingness to travel extensively

Strong communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)

Ability to work in target-driven environments
