HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and junior roles across functions
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess role fit and interest
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and close positions
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Graduate (Immediate Joiners only )
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition, FMCG hiring, and field sales recruitment
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment lifecycle is an advantage
