HR Recruiter Post ( Kannada, English, Hindi (mandatory) , Tamil and Telugu . These are 5 languages mandatory.

JOB ROLE:

This role mainly involves hiring employees by making phone calls instead of face-to-face interviews.

What the job usually includes:

Calling candidates from a database / job portals / referrals

Explaining the job role, company, salary, and shifts over the phone

Checking basic eligibility (education, experience, location, language)

Scheduling interviews or joining dates

Following up with candidates until they join.

Key responsibilities:

Record-keeping and data management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, update HR databases, and manage personnel files.

Document preparation: Create and organize various HR documents, such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy documents.

Recruitment and onboarding support: Assist with candidate screening, schedule interviews, manage onboarding paperwork, and ensure a smooth experience for new hires.

Employee support: Act as a first point of contact for employees, answer questions about policies and procedures, and help resolve HR-related issues.

Payroll and benefits: Provide data to the payroll department, assist with benefits administration, and help with enrollment processes.

Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover rates, performance, and productivity.

Compliance and policy: Help with revising company policies, ensure legal compliance, and work to enforce HR policies.
