HR Recruiter

We are looking for HR Recruiter for our company in Bangalore Location with minimum 2 years of Experience. Real Estate industry experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.
• Manage job postings on platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn and other job posting sites
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
