HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles (Python, Java, etc.)

Source candidates using provided company data and other job platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds

Schedule and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Communicate job roles, expectations, and company details to candidates

Ensure timely closure of open positions
