Job Summary

Dhanalakshmi Havan Worldwide Private Limited, a multinational operations (Dubai and Singapore) company and an authorized partner of HDFC Life for over a decade, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This role will be based at our MG Road office in Bengaluru, with responsibilities spanning recruitment operations across India. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Source candidates through databases, social media, job portals, and networking
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent rounds
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Generate recruitment reports and analytics for management review

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience recruiting for diverse roles across departments
