Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels and calling from the potential data's
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
