Job Overview:Niveshartha is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for B2C sales, finance advisory, operations, and support roles. The ideal candidate should be hands-on with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews while ensuring timely closures.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment reports
• Ensure timely offer rollouts and joining closures
• Follow up with candidates until onboarding
• Support basic HR activities as and when required
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduation in any discipline (HR preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of HR processes
• Preferred Candidates:Experience in bulk hiring / B2C sales hiring
