HR Recruiter Job Description :

1. Take leadership in the placement process of trained students from 10000Coders and prepare them for placements

2. Resume prep, Interview prep, solving students issues etc.

3. Emails to students, warnings, improvement plans etc to make them succeed in interviews.

4. Schedule discussions, email follow-ups, and create proposals to clients (Companies)

5. Have conversations with existing partners and stay abreast with their needs and feedback

6. Make sure all information is up-to-date and available to key stakeholders in sheets

7. Learn and experiment with new tools to help drive insights from the data

8. Work in close collaboration with the placement team to maximize student success

9. Work with students when needed to guide them in reaching the employer.

10. Extensive internet research across job portals and networking sites

11. Ability to deliver under pressure
