• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers can be considered)
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with targets and timelines
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR tools
• Preferred QualitiesExperience in bulk or retail recruitment
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
