Role SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on HR Executive with 1 year of real experience in recruitment. This role is execution-heavy. You will source candidates, make calls, close hires, and manage basic HR operations. motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, attracting qualified candidates, and ensuring a positive hiring experience. This is not a policy-writing or festival-planning role.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, and support roles
• Telecalling to candidates for screening, follow-ups, and interview coordination
• Actively source candidates via job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals, and cold calling
• Coordinate interviews and ensure quick hiring closures
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Manage basic HR operations: onboarding, documentation, attendance tracking
• Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Required SkillsMinimum 1 year experience in HR recruitment
• Strong telecalling and candidate coordination skills
• Comfortable with targets and fast-paced hiring
• Good communication in English + local language
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Street-smart attitude toward hiring, not textbook HR
