HR Recruiter

NOTE: Ready to join immediately with very Excellent English Communication skills is must .

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with strong portal sourcing experience and interest in BPO Recruitment hiring. The ideal candidate should be based in or near Koramangala, Bengaluru, and must be passionate about recruitment, coordination, and meeting targets.

• Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice positions.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update daily trackers (calls, line-ups, offers, joiners).
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Required Skills:Experience in portal sourcing (Naukri / LinkedIn / Indeed).
• Understanding of BPO hiring – domestic and international process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Target-driven and team-oriented attitude.
• Preferred Candidate: Candidates staying in or near Koramangala (Ejipura, HSR Layout, Adugodi, BTM, Indiranagar, etc.) will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are an added advantage.

Qualification:10 th std or Under Graduate or Graduate/ Postgraduate (Any discipline)

Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹28,000 per month

Shift Timing: Day Shift (Monday – Friday ) 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM and on Saturdays 9:30 AM to 2 PM
