Job Description
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair HR practices.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, ensuring compliance and - competitiveness.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback mechanisms, and support employee development.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws and company policies, updating and communicating them as necessary.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HRIS data, generating reports as needed.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires and manage the exit procedures for departing employees.
