HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with key HR operations. Your role includes sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding of selected candidates. You will handle daily HR activities such as attendance management, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance evaluation processes. Additionally, you will work on employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention. You are expected to have basic knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms such as ATS, HRMS, and job portals, along with good communication and coordination skills. The role requires a proactive approach to hiring, strong organizational ability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
