🔥 ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a relentless, target-smashing, phone-warrior Tele Recruiter who lives and breathes volume hiring.

If you can dial 150+ calls a day, handle rejection like a pro, and still close 20+ candidates daily — this role is for you.

This is not a chill HR desk job.

This is High Pressure. High Volume. High Reward.

• 🎯 WHAT YOU WILL DOMake 100–200 outbound calls daily to source BPO candidates
• Screen candidates for Voice / Non-Voice / International Campaigns
• Close walk-ins and virtual interviews aggressively
• Drive interview attendance and control no-shows
• Maintain daily funnel metrics:
• Calls → Connects → Screened → Walk-ins → Joinees
• Handle bulk hiring targets (50–200 hires per month)
• Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers accurately
• Follow up consistently and close with confidence

💪 WHAT WE EXPECT (NO EXCUSES ZONE)

6 months to 3 years of BPO tele-recruitment experience

• Strong cold-calling confidence
• Ability to handle objections instantly
• Experience in domestic and international mass hiring
• Strong English and Hindi communication skills
• (Regional languages are a plus)
• High energy and competitive mindset
• Target-driven attitude
