Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates for technical and non-technical roles, while contributing to our growing talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Assist in organizing and conducting campus hiring drives and walk-in interviews.
• Support HR team in other administrative and employee engagement tasks as required.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience (in-house or consultancy).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good understanding of various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:

Experience in Non IT recruitment.

Exposure to applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Knowledge of HR operations or onboarding formalities.
