HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates via social media, job boards, and referrals; review resumes to filter qualified talent.
• Interviewing: Conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle pre-employment checks.
• Talent Strategy: Develop job descriptions, analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill), and build a candidate pipeline.
• Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role.
• Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), resume databases, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
