*HR Recruiter Key Responsibilities*
1) Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions
2) Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases
3) Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
4) Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
5) Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
6) Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
7) Follow up with candidates for documentation and joining formalities
8) Ensure timely closure of open positions
9) Maintain good candidate experience and employer branding
